Hoodia Know

hoodia_fieldHoodia is something I had heard about a few years back on a news show, but didn’t pay much attention to at the time. Now, I’m giving it a second look. Hoodia Hope is my journal where I can track my progress and share the results.

Like most of you, my weight has went up and down through the years. In the ten years I’ve been as heavy as 22o pounds and have weighed as little as 135 pounds. Neither extreme is healthy for my 5 foot 10 inch frame. Also, like most of you, I’ve tried every weight loss plan out there. I’ve got a closet devoted to all the gimmicky exercise equipment I’ve paid big bucks for throughout the years. I’ve tried various weight loss supplements with little or no luck in most cases. Weight control is something my whole family struggles with. So when my sister told me about Hoodia, and how it was really giving her positive results, I knew it was time for me to take a second look at Hoodia. Hoodia along with better eating habits, an exercise routine and plenty of water are my plan to get my currently 195 pound body down about 25-30 pounds to start. I hope then to pack on a little muscle. I live in a tropical area where people are always running around in swimsuits. So I want to feel more confident at the beach and maybe turn a few heads too. I’ve ordered my Hoodia Prime and Im well on my way to looking better and feeling better about my body.

  2. After just a couple of weeks my appetite is under control and I’v already lost 7 pounds! Hoodia Prime has enabled me to defeat my bad eating habits. I’m well on my way to my goal of having one of the hotest bods on the beach this summer. And I’m not stopping here. I want to get under 160 pounds by beach time, so I’ve got a ways to go.
